Earth Day 2016 – Community Cleanup & Recycling Event at Emmaus Community Park

Along with our usual cleanup event, distributing volunteers throughout Emmaus and Upper Milford to collect and dispose of litter, we're offering three recycling services at this year's event, all available in one place at the Emmaus Community Park:

• Electronics Recycling: RRS will be collecting electronics. Some large items require a fee. No alkaline batteries, such as AAA or D-cells, will be accepted.
• Document Shredding: the EAC is partnering with Representative Justin Simmons and Senator Pat Browne to offer free on-site document shredding.
• Household Goods Recycling: Recycle Local will be collecting clothing, furniture, toys, and other household items. Proceeds will benefit the EAC, helping to offset the cost of providing the other services.
