In Emmaus, Earth Day will be a full day celebration on Saturday, April 16, 2011!
Join the EAC and other community organizations at Emmaus Community Park for a day of litter clean-up, storm-drain stenciling, scavenger hunts, exhibits and more! The Emmaus Main Street Program and the Emmaus Arts Commission are new partners in this fun, environmentally friendly annual event.
Groups are needed to help with the clean-up activities, and we are also offering an electronics recycling program for residents to stop by (no appointment necessary) to propertly dispose of TVs, computers, batteries, light bulbs and more (some fees apply).
